Shipping policy



We send our orders using Royal Mail's Tracked service.  Items sent by our Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) will normally be received with three to five working days, items sent Express Delivery (Tracked 24) will normally be received within two to three working days.  If your order has not been received within five working days and no card has been left explaining that delivery has been attempted then please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Made to Order Items: Please note that some of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner. These items will take additional time to produce (normally 3–5 working days) before they are dispatched, so your delivery time will be a little longer than the standard timescales above. If your order contains both stocked and made-to-order items you will receive two parcels, one direct from Eclectic Gift Store and one from our trusted partner.  


Busy periods, such as Christmas, may cause delays to our usual service so please bear this in mind when ordering over the Christmas period.  We cannot be held responsible for items not received due to postal delays and strikes.  


Our Standard Rate Delivery postage charge is a flat rate fee of £4.99 (Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked).  Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of £6.99 (Royal Mail 24 Hour).  Free Standard Rate Delivery is available on orders over £50.00.  We only deliver to addresses in the UK.  Unfortunately, as of 13/12/24 due to GSPR Regulations we can no longer ship to Northern Ireland.  

For deliveries required by 24th December 2025, the last day for postage for Made to Order items is 12th December 2025, 48 Hour Tracked is 17th December 2025 and 24 Hour Tracked is 19th December 2024. Please note this is not a guarantee and we cannot be held responsible for any delays on the part of the postal service.
