Our parcels are wrapped with care. We use acid free tissue paper which ensures that there is no colour transfer from the paper to the product. Acid free tissue paper is also the environmentally friendly choice, firstly, if opened with care, the acid free tissue paper in your parcel can be reused and secondly, acid free tissue paper is fully recyclable.
Any fragile items will be wrapped in bubble wrap which can be recycled but we plan to source an alternative to this in the future. Your order will arrive in one of our dotty, spotty bags, which can also be recycled.
We use 2nd Class Royal Mail to deliver within the UK and your parcel should be with you within three to five working days. Once your parcel has been posted, the tracking details will be entered into our system and you will receive a confirmation of postage email and the tracking details that you need to keep up-to-date with your parcel's whereabouts.
