INSTRUCTIONS

You can wash the cover of your Microwaveable Wheat Bag at 30 degrees, it can be ironed on a medium heat and should be air dried only.  If you want to use the pack warm then heat the pack using a microwave for 30-60 seconds or if you need a cool pack then pop it in the freezer for 30+ minutes.
